Benefolk Expert Bar provides on-demand organisational support and capacity building for your organisation, a little like Telehealth.
- Time slots are available for 45, 60 and 90 minute sessions.
- Sessions range between $165 - $225 for 45 minutes.
- Sessions are via video conferencing or phone.
- All experts have extensive social sector experience, minimum seven years in their capability areas (many 15+ years), and have undergone a thorough pre-vetting process (seven referees).
- If your preferred expert has limited or no availability, please contact us and we’ll assist.
- Find information about gift vouchers or accessing Expert Bar on a regular basis (for grantmakers too!)
FAQ’s
1. Are my sessions confidential?
Your session is confidential. Your expert will take some notes of the general topics discussed for Benefolk's records, please let them know if you prefer no notes be taken and they won't.
2. Are my sessions recorded?
No, we don’t record the sessions.
3. Can I bring along colleagues?
Yes, the booking form allows you to bring up to 2 colleagues.
4. Changes and cancellations
To receive a pre-paid voucher to change or re-schedule your session you’ll need to provide us with 3 working days notice. This means your payment won't be forfeited.
If the change or cancellation provides less than 3 working days notice, your payment will be forfeited. You are welcome to book and pay again when suits.
5. What software do I need for the session?
All Expert Bar sessions are run on the expert’s Zoom or on the phone.
6. Can I send documents before the session?
Yes, you can upload supporting documents in your booking form. They will automatically be forwarded to the expert ahead of your session.
7. Can I book a follow up session?
Yes, you can book as many sessions as you like.
